Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags when applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at service@zellumi.com to obtain return authorization and the return address. Returns need to be sent to the address provided by our support team. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Except where required by applicable law, certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, final-sale items, personalized or custom items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions. To exercise this right, contact us at service@zellumi.com with your order details. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights apply independently of our voluntary 30-day return policy.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
